Service before self tells us that professional duties take precedence over personal desires. At the very least it includes the following behaviors:Rule following, Respect for others, Discipline and self-control, Faith in the system.
Excellence in all we do directs us to develop a sustained passion for the continuous improvement and innovation that will propel the Air Force into a long-term, upward spiral of accomplishment and performance

ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
The Greenfield High School Air Force JROTC unit was established in 1995 as the WI-951 Cadet Corps. This means the unit was the 1st (and only) Air Force JROTC unit established in Wisconsin in 1995. The mission of Air Force JROTC is "To Develop Citizens of Character, Dedicated to Serving their Nation and Community". President John F Kennedy once said, "..And so my fellow Americans, ask not what can your country do for you; ask what you can do for your county". We want to ensure our cadets are involved in making their unit, school, community, state and nation a better place, all because they were a part of it. Being a good citizen embodies a number of ideals and AFJROTC is dedicated to teaching those ideals to our cadets.
